I have been seeing Dr Lam for many years. He has helped me with a lot. I moved well out of the area and I still come to see him. I fully trust Dr Lam and recommend him. There are always going to be bad reviews by people. I cannot fault this practice. The staff are absolutely lovely. Please people be kind it doesn't take much.
Felt like I need to leave a review given the amount of negative ones seen, for the past 17 years I've been here the doctors and staff have always done their jobs to their capabilities. Sure there have been some wait times and some appointments weren't effective but Dr Lam and his staff have always tried their best to accomodate my medical needs.
Been going there for years , some family members stopped going after dr Stevens ( a great doctor ) left . They have 3 doctors left , all are private billing and guess what they are always fully booked. While other suburbs have bigger medical centers with mixed ( bulk and private billing ) bonnyrigg has to struggle with this medical center !
