We arrived late but what a hidden gem! Great place and the food was excellent! Well worth the short drive out of town!

The only downside to my experience and expectations was that the train was out of order and it was smaller than I thought. However I had a great time with my family and will definitely come back.
My son and I decided to stop by Bonnie Springs after a hiking trip at Red rock. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the train conductor, who was an incredibly wonderful and kind man. He totally made my sons day! We wandered around the old town going from shop to shop. All the townsfolk were so nice! One of the cowboys, I think he was the town sheriff, he told me "ma'am, I promise we'll find the varmint who did that you you're hair" (I have died red hair) it made me laugh� The petting zoo was great fun also.
