Bonnie is fine. Her office staff is AWFUL. Her MA is condescending, rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I will never go back. The office should train their GenZ better and teach customer service. And since it’s a mental health office?!? Do better! You have patients that need kinds words spoken to them.
