She was so inpatient. She didn't give me chance to ask questions. She just ran out of the room. I feel that she tried her best to finish the visit as soon as possible and she made it. My visit only took 10 minuets. She had bad attitudes as well. I'm wondering if she hates me.

Dr. Koo takes excellent care of my patients and has been extremely thorough and thoughtful answering all of my questions. Not only does she have a nice bedside manner, but she is caring, empathetic and smart. She has an academic background and really helps to come up with a plan behind her thoughts. Because she is so experienced, she can often create a plan of care from your visual presentation and the key topics she hears on exam. I just left from my second visit with Dr. Koo. I was unhappy after my first visit, but I gave it a second try because we're all human. After today, my opinion still stands. I felt very rushed and unimportant during both visits. At other practices, I typically come in and share my reason for the appointment with the nurse before the doctor comes in for a deeper dive into the issue. Dr. Koo is a fantastic board certified dermatologist with a distinguished background. I found her care to be among the best of doctors I have visited. Answered all my questions, and very thorough. Will be recommending her to my other friends and family.
