I brought my son in to have a haircut at 3:00 there were two people ahead of us at the time.. we were patient of course but then 3 more people walked in way after us. No appointment but they were regulars so instead of just getting us out of the way both of them took the other clients! No acknowledgment no apology for the wait. Me and my son sat there for about an hour before we walked out. Did not get service and won’t come back. Very unprofessional.
