Our son was born at the end of 2023, by cesarean section performed by Dr. Monticone. Excellent professional. Attentive and technically very good doctor.
Immediately dismissive, rude
Dr. Eady is a very capable doctor. Like many others though, she relies on interventions to organize and move along birth, and mentions C sections often. My first appointment with her I had a list of things I wanted to discuss and she literally ignored the paper in my hand, checked me and left. She moves quickly and gives each patient about 8 minutes tops.
Office wait time was long. Dr Baeza was dismissive about my questions regarding procedures. He rushed the appointment and kept going in and out of the exam room. I don’t think he has good bedside manner, I couldn’t finish my questions without him interrupting, and his explanation was vague. I felt very uncomfortable with moving forward, I couldn’t imagine this being my doctor to deliver. I won’t be going back to this office I will find another OBGYN with my pregnancy needs.
Dr. Eady was highly recommended by friends and medical professionals for being "hands on" and " really engaged" in her patients. Based on the feedback I had been given, I switched providers at 25 weeks. I was terrified as this is my first pregnancy and my first experience with an OBGYN. Until I switched to Dr. Eady, my former provider made a 30min appointment take 2-3 hours, scheduled ultrasounds offsite, and never provided me any insight into what was going on into my first pregnancy.
