Dr. Eady is a very capable doctor. Like many others though, she relies on interventions to organize and move along birth, and mentions C sections often. My first appointment with her I had a list of things I wanted to discuss and she literally ignored the paper in my hand, checked me and left. She moves quickly and gives each patient about 8 minutes tops.
Dr. Eady was highly recommended by friends and medical professionals for being "hands on" and " really engaged" in her patients. Based on the feedback I had been given, I switched providers at 25 weeks. I was terrified as this is my first pregnancy and my first experience with an OBGYN. Until I switched to Dr. Eady, my former provider made a 30min appointment take 2-3 hours, scheduled ultrasounds offsite, and never provided me any insight into what was going on into my first pregnancy. Dr.Eady was really good at her job. You have a question, she will have a answer. I had a good delivery and my baby is healthy.
Dr. Eady is really an amazing doctor. She is very sound in her decision making while leaving space for the patient ask any questions etc. I am very thorough but most days I left her office with every question answered. I was adamant that Dr. Eady deliver my baby. Thank God because we had unexpected complications and she had to make hard calls to save her precious life. I was under Eadys care for 31 weeks of pregnancy before I finally decided I needed to change DR because my concerns over my health were not being cared for. She prescribed medication to me without so much notifying me of my health Issue or risk taking the medication at 31 wks or any other options I had, I also had to find out through Walgreens what health issue I had and any questions I had over the medication because I could not reach her or her assistant when I called into the office. I absolutely Love Dr. Eady?? She delivered my last two pregnancies and I can literally say she is the best, She gives you time, she is never rushed, she makes you feel so comfortable and explains every question and concern you might have??
I will never go back to this doctor. She gave me medication that has warning labels all over it not to take while pregnant without consulting your doctor about the risks, without telling me a single risk of the medication she gave. Upon calling the office, I was blocked by rude staff telling me they’d leave messages and she’d call me back, which never happened. Dr. Eady is probably the kindest, most patient doctor I have ever been to. She listens intently to everything you say and doesn't make you feel rushed. She explains every procedure along the way before doing it and she addresses all of your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Eady for all of your "well women visits"
