My sister is a resident of this property. The condition of the premises necessitates significant improvements. It appears that the property management has allowed the apartments to deteriorate considerably. The insufficient maintenance of the property has created unsafe living conditions for its occupants.
7 years experience it has had its ups and downs but we've had no manager, no pest control, and they're going to let a person that lives here be the manager, I say conflict of interest but whatever.......
