I have been a customer of Bonnie Brae Insurance for the last 8 years, and unfortunately my experience has gone from frustrating to completely unacceptable. In 5 of those 8 years, Bonnie Brae sent my homeowners insurance bill to the wrong mortgage company. To be clear, this was not due to my mortgage being transferred or sold.
