I had one of the most difficult transactions with Bonnie, Everything from her not putting active option in the MLS with her listing even though, I asked many times and my client/buyer noticed on day 4 when it still was not disclosed. We did not get the correct sellers disclosure until we had already executed the contract. We certainly would never have even made a offer on this home had we known what was wrong with the house. I could go on and on... But I hope to never have to deal with her again.

If I could give Bonnie 10 stars, I would. My husband and I have dealt with many realtors, but she is by far the best, most thorough, most knowledgeable, and also most personable. She went way above and beyond in every category. She thought of things we never would have thought of. She knew the ins and outs of every aspect of house hunting. She is a friend for life now. She is a rare and precious gem in this world, and we're so thankful she was the one that helped guide us in this very important decision.
