Forgot to edit this after my purchase…First time home buyer. She claimed she made a deal with the owners to fix things that came up in the inspection like deteriorated gas lines. Claimed I was under a warranty that the sellers had especially for the HVAC system. I wasn’t it didn’t cover that. No one signed the “contract” she supposedly proposed but told me everything was fine. Will never trust her again and will definitely never recommend her. She’s a typical business con. We searched 3 states and had 4 different realtors during this time (over a week). Needless to say we didn’t find our home yet but we found our realtor! Bonnie is personal, precise, transparent and gets things done a step beyond the typical realtor. Although this trip didn’t find us a home it found us Bonnie and therefore we know she’ll find us a home!
