I am eternally grateful to Dr. Buechel for sharing her expertise, calm demeanor, inspiration, and advice during these many years. I've been adopting her recommendations since my May 2024 osteoporosis diagnosis to strength train (5 days per week is best for me), keeping a healthy diet, and walking my dog, Wally, every day.
