Alejandro, the Bonney service technician, arrived on time, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and he quickly and efficiently solved my drain problem. Great service!
Darren was great, our drains are running slow, but we’re not backed up. He came in and cleared the pipes out. Make sure there was no blockages. He even ventured under our house, which is no easy feat to make sure there’s no leaks in the pipes.
Colby is fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and explains process so its understandable to us. Great work from start to finish. Completed job in a timely manner ss well.
We recently hired Bonney to clean our HVAC system. The employees who came out were very kind and respectful, but unfortunately, the service itself was disappointing. The crew brought a machine that wasn’t working properly. They explained that their cleaning machine normally prevents dust and debris from blowing through the ducts, but because it malfunctioned, it ended up kicking up all of the dust instead.
