I've lived in this building since January 2021, I, myself, used to own property. I will tell anyone and I mean anyone that the property manager Amee Raymond is thee absolute best manager that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Sadly we're having to leave onto beautiful retirement as we're going traveling. We will always love and cherish our time that we had here at the Bonneville Apartments. I'm laina... I live here love the place everything is great although there is a few issues... I have 7 months two technically move.. because I make over the income limit. Two live in the unit I am in. Other tenants do smoke weed and not much the landlord can do even though im allergic. It is against the rules though. Some tenants are extremely loud and some have mental health problems and forcefully bring you into it. If you don't go along or nod your head you can be a target for there crimes. I met with the manager of this complex regarding an apartment and she’s very nice and a good person. The building is clean and well kept. If you’re lucky enough to get into an apartment here at Bonneville you’ll be a happy tenant.
I live here now. It's all new as of recently. Comes with appliances. And is income based.
