BAD DOCTORS The Doctors don't care at all about their patients. God for bid you're upset or confused about something and you ask them to please explain - he acts like how dare you question me. They never seem to want to commit to an answer. It's like they don't know what they're doing and are afraid he'll give the wrong answer and don't want to be held accoutable for anything. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK - EVER EVEN WHEN YOU'RE TOLD THEY WILL! The staff is very nasty.
Excellent doctor! I have been going to Dr. Bonnet for myself and my son for the past 15 years. He is an excellent doctor; he treats the "whole" patient and not just the symptoms. He takes the time and listens and his mind is always on you during your visit with him, not on the next patient or issue in his busy day. He is a very popular doctor and worth waiting a few extra minutes for as I know if I need the time, he'll take it with me.
Great experiences I love Dr. Bonnet I moved here from Central NJ and he is the best Dr I have ever had. He is very sincere and honest and always takes his time with me and my children.
Mr Awful physician. Very unprofessional. He does not care about your needs; does not return phone calls and his assisants are very condisending. He wants you to come for a visit everytime he has lab results. He does not tell you the nature for wanting to see you or if it an emergency. It is very unnerving. It also seems like he is just trying to get you to pay for more visits. Either way he is and his staff are awful.
Dr. Bonnett SIMPLY THE BEST!!! Worth the wait!!!! This Dr truly CARES about his patients and spends time with them.
Won't go to anyone else! If you want to go to a doctors office and wait as you always wait in any doctors office, and have a doctor walk in, spend 30 seconds NOT listening to you then go to someone else. If you want a great doctor, and Dr Orlandoni is also a favorite of mine, a doctor who spends time with you,listens to what YOU have to say and works with you on solutions then head straight for Skylands Medical. They're too busy to pay attention to you... Had to reschedule my first visit with them because I waited two full hours and Dr. Bonnet still hadn't seen me. When I did go back, he didn't even put his hands on me except to look in my ears.
Good doctors but office staff is not nice all the time You know how some doctors walk in, talk to you but don't even sit down? Well, the doctors in this group are always behind but they sit with the patient and talk to you and spend a lot of time with out. On the other hand, the women at the front desk are not always nice to you. When you are sick, the last thing you want to listen to is a nasty secretary talking to you mean. They definitely bring the rating down. I overlook the front desk because the doctors are good!
Thumbs Down - Skylands Medical Group / Lk. Hopatcong Dr. is always running 1/2 hour to an hour late. Strongly feel they ( both Orlandoni and Bonnett ) misdiagnosed symptoms and prescription suggestions. I'm seeking new primary care.
