excellent customer service...it's not always easy to find. Charlene was able to fit me in for a chemical peel same day due to a cancellation, she was so helpful when I arrived. I purchased product and she was happy to answer my questions and make suggestions.

The entire staff is 5 star. They are all warm and welcoming. Beth especially. She was awesome! Beth took her time explaining everything and putting me at ease. I had lots of questions and concerns about the pain. Beth was patient and kind as she walked me through all the steps. She was so gentle, I didn't feel a thing! I'll definitely be seeing her again.
I saw Carol and AlexSandra at Bonness Cosmetic for BBL therapy. They are both so knowledgeable and also inviting. My first session went beautifully. I am familiar with Dr. Bonness...she has provided services at the outpatient surgicenter where I work. She is amazing. Her staff is amazing. Her facility is amazing.
