Me and my husband had our dream home made by Mr. Tim and his Bonner Sargent Green Homes team. Where do I start. He gave us 1 year for everything to be done. Not only was it done by the time frame he told us but would keep us always in the loop on everything going on construction wise. We had a house built pre-Covid. We do not recommend them. Great sales pitch. But after a “handshake deal” , they tried to increase the price of the house by a significant amount the evening before we were to sign the contract.(Should have known then ). Shoddy, cheap work. We were called “difficult” when we did not quietly accept this low quality and when we expected our build to be completed in a timely manor (it took them twice as long as they said).
