This person was atrocious. While he attempted to give me an estimate, he appeared to be intoxicated beyond the point of being able to perform his job. When I commented on his absent-mindedness, he began to get loud and vulgar. He added to this lovely behavior by proceeding to hit on my teenager daughter. I would only recommend you use this worthless waste of space if you are at the point below no other options.
