This place has the worst management company I've ever come across. HRM services is just greedy and awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy's... In case I'm not clear.., they suck and instead of one star I'd give them a negative -12
I have live here since 2021 and since the new company took over and hired the new managers and matenice its a joke they are useless they all need to be fired the whole lot of them and a new company brought in things around here are a screwed up mess proof they don't know what they are doing I have no use for none of them they are all a joke would give no stars if I could
They take ur deposit and then let u rent a few months and then tell u to move by January so they can remodel. They will not return no phone calls. Very unprofessional.
This Place is Fixing to Make the New Low Income Renter's and old renters get out of their apartments and be out on the streets by January So they can renovate the apartments.... in the middle of winter,,, just figure out what to do till they get done and are not going to help with temporary housing in the meantime,, So they should be up on elderly abuse charges.... the owners... that's who....
