Went in for a pedicure to have my calluses removed because doing it at home is a big chore, but the tech did not remove my calluses at all. I got the impression she thought I was a filthy person, and I ended up feeling much uglier by the end of my appointment. $40 wasted.

I got my nails done here in December. The Nail tech was very rough with e-filing during gel removal. Felt burning hot and I had to pull my hands away from her because it hurt. About 1.5 weeks later My nail cracked midway in the nail bed and I had to go to another salon to get dip to fix the crack. It was very painful! Just recently I got the gel removed from another salon and I can now see the damage to my nail bed from that gel manicure. The manicure itself also chipped very quickly. I booked 2 appointments online for myself and my sister. They called me and said the time I booked is not available, they’re closed at that time. So we changed the time. I booked 2 manis and a paraffin wax online and then repeated it on the phone. We never received the paraffin wax, and when I asked about it, they said “next time.” They pulled too hard on my sister’s cuticle and cut her toe.
