Best place ever! Been trying to find a place for years now - but this is by far my best experience at any nail salon.
I’ve been a regular client of Tina for a while now, and I can honestly say she never disappoints! Every visit is such a treat—she’s so talented, gentle, and always makes my nails look flawless. Her attention to detail and creativity keep me coming back. I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech who truly cares!
I’m in love with these nails they’re even better than I imagined. Every single detail is so beautiful and well thought out. The colors, textures, and 3D design all work together perfectly, and the set feels super clean and put together. The team was amazing from start to finish. They were so kind, patient, and made sure everything was done right — no rushing at all. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and want you to walk out with something you’re proud to show off.
I am very disappointed with my nails. I went to this salon in the hope of getting my nails done properly. I have been getting my nails done for many years at my usual salon and now as a new resident of London I thought I would go here. A female nail technician who appeared to be the owner did my nails. She missed some spots the polish is already peeling off. They were in rush , rude staff and did not care about the customer experience. Extremely disappointed.
I have been here a few times. It’s always good. This time it wasn’t. My toenails look fine. But my heels and feet do not. They used the grater on my feet but it looks like I needed a razor. She immediately put Vaseline jelly on my heels to hide the fact that the grater left my feet covered in flaking skin. I’ve been trying to exfoliate it off all night but It still looks and feels terrible. I’m so disappointed I wanted my heels soft not looking like this.
