A little bit conflicted. Shop was tidy and neat, and the owner and her daughter were very nice, but probably a communication problem due to language barrier or something. I’ve been getting down perms for a few years now and was looking for a new place in Queens, but when I asked for a down perm here, the stylist said it wasn’t needed since my side hair was short.
