I’ve been coming to Bonita’s Dominican Hair Salon for around 7 years, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. I have 4A curly hair, and I’m always impressed with how bouncy and beautiful my hair is after wash day. Most importantly, I’ve never experienced heat damage from my visits, which is a huge plus for me when it comes to maintaining healthy natural hair. I’m leaving this review because my experience with Sonta was extremely disappointing. I used to come here regularly, but after this visit, I will not be returning. From the moment I was there, I felt like I wasn’t wanted. I waited nearly two hours to get my hair done, and while I was waiting, Sonta took two of her friends ahead of me even though she knew I had already been waiting.
