Typically, I am not one to post reviews except Bonita Terrace management and grounds exceed expectations and it warrants one. Melissa and Cassandra reply immediately when there is an issue, and it’s resolved same day or within 24 hours. My wife, Liz and I always receive courteous calls, texts, or emails when speaking with management regarding our apartment. That fat jabba the hutt that’s in charge of answering the phone/front desk has no business being in management let alone a manager. She’s good at rolling her eyes and giving you the most disgusting attitude…rude is an understatement the ACTUAL bosses have to do a little investigation on her and adjust her attitude that will get her in trouble one day put her on check. Thinks she owns that place. She’s going to meet the RIGHT one.. one day. And it won’t be fun for her tooodlez.
