The manager Cassandra has very unprofessional attitude and customer service.
Typically, I am not one to post reviews except Bonita Terrace management and grounds exceed expectations and it warrants one. Melissa and Cassandra reply immediately when there is an issue, and it’s resolved same day or within 24 hours. My wife, Liz and I always receive courteous calls, texts, or emails when speaking with management regarding our apartment. Letter notices are placed on the front door if any work is to be done, and notifications about upcoming maintenance. This place would be at the top of the list for accomm... read more
