The most rudest . The most condescending. The least likely to assist you . They greet you with you need to pay. You owe this. Here's the paperwork. Where is your payment. That is their priority. Do not expect anything other than that kind of treatment from this facility. So much for patient care and bedside manner.
Bonita Springs Surgery Center uses unfair, unethical & unprofessional business practices in the operation of their business. My wife had surgery back in January 2025 and they made us pay a deductible of over $3,000 however, when they submitted the claim to our insurance company, the used the wrong pre-authorization cost code so the claim was immediately rejected. Since this has never been processed by the insurance company, BSSC is holding over $3,000 of my money that they are refusing to return to me until they get paid by ... read more
Excellent very efficient.
It’s a clean, updated Facility. The staff were friendly. My out patient surgery went well. Post surgery I felt very rushed to leave and wasn’t given discharge instructions, nor ice pack, nor an emesis bag which I really needed coming out of anesthesia. Procedure was Tuesday morning @8 didn’t get a follow up call until Thursday late afternoon which felt very generic.
