Read a significant number of negative reviews, yet after spending time with Chris and looking at his recommendations, he replaced our 500 square footlanai tile with travertine. They are rip off artists. Took our money ($30,500) and did not complete the job. I’m washing our porcelain floor that they installed (only 75% of the floor was installed) and find that the tiles are not evenly spaced, the grout space was suppose to be 1/8 but in some areas the tiles are buttted u[ against each other with no room for grout. This business is a scam. They took $15K from my parents and never started the job, and now refuse to give my parents a refund. After weeks of calling asking for a refund, Bonita Springs Floor Covering went to their condo and hung a single piece of plastic up so they could claim they "started". Do not use this company for anything!!!
The worst experience of my life!! took advance deposits and missed two deadlines to have work finished. Nothing but lies and story's of why work was not finished. Had to stay in hotels 2 times as my home was not finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete SCAM. Had to fire them to get my work completed. Workman walked of the job due to non-payment by them.
Someone was to come measure rooms for carpeting. Never showed, never called. Repeated calls to their phone went unanswered with a message "the mailbox for this number has been disconnected". Went in person to find out what happened, and ran into another dissatisfied customer who had waited seven weeks for tile and wanted a refund of his deposit. Will not bother doing business with them again.
Bathroom remodel that turned out to be the best in the building. Very friendly and fast service. LOVE IT!!!
