I placed an order at Bonita Jewelry and I was very satisfied with the design they made with my name. It was very beautiful and just as I asked. They were very patient with payments and at a good price. I was very happy with their services and I recommend them to anyone 100% for any design you want!
A few months back I had a terrible experience at Bonitas Jewelry. When I went in to pick up my bracelet, they tried to give me the wrong one. I asked the employee to compare the measurements with my original receipt, but she couldn't find it because they had cut too much off. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong gold. The employee kept blaming everything on the jeweler who did the work and refused to take any responsibility for the mix-up.
