Dirty room bad customer service.
Robert & Viviana have been our great host to my family for over 10 years of coming to S.P.I. beaches from Austin. The rates for the many fine places we have stayed at have always been more than reasonable. With their "Pet Friendly" attitude we'll be coming back for over another 10 years!
