Love it, Ivy, she is the best in customer service, and a great person I really recomend it.
I decided to give this place a visit on Wednesday. I showed up at 10 AM to be the first to get a hair cut since I had errands to run that morning. I waited until 10:15 AM and the place still wasn’t open. I gave the business number a call and a lady picked up and said, “I’ll call you back”. The lady called back two hours later to inform me she’s now available in her salon. Why advertise a time and not be there. Also, call back hours later expecting me to give them business.
