Mr Somewhat satisfactory. Overcharged for Spray wax, Rainex and tire treatment.Used $24.94 coupon and was charged $5 more for SUV. If just a basic wash $1 extra.. Other that spraying as little wax and wax on as possible, it takes no more time that a basic car wash... Will not use this offer any more... Satisfied with the Basic wash... A talk with the manager was a waste of time.. I told him that 6 months previous I used the same procedure and the SUV charge was $1. Have been a regular user since the facility opened.
Never dissatisfied I have been using this carwash for 21 years and have never been dissatisfied. The other reviews are a mystery to me, I have never experienced any of these problems. They even detailed my husband's car and it was just beautiful afterward.
Smokers ruin this car wash My biggest fear at this car wash is the waiting area. Sometimes people light up a cigarette and smoke it in close proximity to the other people who are waiting. I'm amazed at smokers, how rude they are. I used to ask them to relocate or extinguish their cigarette but this is like the start of World War III. So instead, I just go down amongst the cars or over to the driveway or lawn area an let the smokers have their complete control over the previously breathable air.
I will never go to this car wash again I have been going to this car wash for many years and have never been that happy with it. But when my daughter brought her car to be detailed the person used the same dirty rag with Armorall on it to clean her front windshield on the inside. My daughter did not know this untill she drove one day and the sun hit the windshield and she could barely see out of it to drive. Luckily she was able to pull over to the side of the road. Bonita Country Car Wash is ok I have lived in San Dimas for the past 36 years and have been going to this car wash ever since they opened for business. If you do the following things, you will always walk out of there satisfied. I stand there and ask the guys to vacuum my car until I am satisfied. Then it goes thru the wash and the drying part. Before I leave and tip they guy, I inspect the entire car inside and out and make him clean it again if I am not satisfied. Never, never leave valuables in the car nor glove compartme... read more
car phones!!!!! I took my car to be washed. I had an extra phone that my handicapped husband uses in the car, but in a compartment, (hidden). 2 days later, after searching everywhere, I decided to call the phone.A woman with a spanish accent answered the phone. I said, "Oh!, I lost my phone, you must have found it". She hung up. After retracing my steps I decided the only place I could have lost it was the car wash. Trucks I was charged extra money for my truck, I understand it is bigger and maybe takes more time but, after it was done I noticed the bed of the truck was filled with dirt that just flew around when it went through the wash, I asked if they could hose it down or use the blower on it and they were not happy about it. They said "I should have asked when I drove up, my response "how was I to know to ask? he didn't offer and there are no signs". needless to say the manager was a jerk and would not give me anybody else to talk ... read more
Good car wash I use this car wash approximately biweekly. The ticket taker does try to up sell me every time, but once I tell him I want the basic wash, he is satisfied. I have always been happy with the wash I asked for. The express spray wax is a gimmick, but everyother service I have bought there has been satisfactory. They always vacuum the inside and wipe the windows, dash etc... down. They armor all the tires, and wipe down the areas the automatic car was misses. For 11 dollars, it is a bargain. Great Car Wash Sure, the ticket taker tries to "up sell" me from the basic wash. That's his job. When I decline he is most gracious with no hard sell. I live in Glendora but drive to San Dimas to have my car washed. The people are friendly, they are quick and they do a great job!
