I visited Bonita Bubbles today , and I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival I was greeted by Brendan, who seemed to take my request to have my cup holder cleaned as a personal affront. I simply asked if he could ensure that my cup holder, would be thoroughly cleaned since that was the main reason for my visit. Instead of accommodating my request Brendan responded with an attitude proudly announcing that the car wash would cost $70. My car is a new, it was a tiny sp... read more

Avoid Bonita Bubbles Car Wash & Lube. My husband took my Subaru to Bubbles for a car wash. My car came out of the wash missing the drivers side view mirror which had been pulled off during the wash. The manager refused to take responsibility for the damage and claimed it was damaged when it came in which was not true! He was rude and a jerk. I have since found out from other sources that this place has a history of damaging cars and taking no responsibility. Avoid this business!
