Was awful. I used to go since I was in hs but there’s alwayssss different people. Now there’s two Indian ladies & she completely took half my eyebrows off they were thick she made them soo then how awful she did them so fast
I was shocked to see the review about the employee being racist! The person saying that really used the words REVERSED RACISM? As if white people are the only ones who can be racist! That's racist in itself! The ladies working there are very polite and treated myself and others i know very well every time! I'M WHITE! BTW. I'm not sure exactly who she's talking about. But i do know that Noranda is super sweet and anytime I've had an issue. She made it right. Right away! I give these ladies a 10! Bc they do a great job!
I just got my eyebrows done and I couldn’t be happier, she did an excellent job and she was so friendly, she made me feel really comfortable!
The young lady did my eyebrows nicely. However her discourteous comments pertaining to my skin were rude and very unprofessional. will not be going back.
