I'm the kind of person that typically shrugs it off and moves forward but today was one of those days that I need to vent. I came here today to get an eyebrow wax and I left very disappointed. I didn't get the techs name but she was really rough and not gentle whatsoever. I was not pleased with my eyebrows and they do not look good at all. Charged me twice and refused to give refund
They don’t have much experience, but gave me a recommendation to a place that I will never go back to.
Used too much glue, lashes piled on too close to my damn eyeball causing it to be extremely irritated. Never again. Found a professional to remove them and she took a picture to show me how bad it was vs what it should look like.
