Lashes didn’t last 12 hours. Glue got in my eye and eye is still irritated! I will never visit here again!!! My visit was 2/19 and i’m not sure of the young lady’s name. I paid at 12:45 in the amount of $60 which included a lip wax. Thanks for ruining my birthday pictures!
On 2/19, I went to get my brows waxed. Was not greeted. Just looked at like a deer stuck in the headlights. Lady appeared to be Indian. Then, she asked lady behind her did she want to do my brows. Both appeared to not want to do my brows. When I walked in, I was the only person there. If they keep this up, they will be boarded up like many of the businesses that have come and gone at Turtle Creek Mall. Also, I believe this company is a chain. So, I’ll let them know how customers are made to feel so unwelcoming.
Great Experience. I got my eyebrows waxed by Charu and they are absolutely perfect.
I like the new store and ambience is great. I always go to this store and come back looking great. I would recommend Bonita brow bar to all my friends and family.
