What a horrible "business"!! Waited until after 5pm to call on the day of delivery and leave a message saying they weren't making the arrangement I ordered for a holiday, leaving me with zero options. Then said it wasn't that they couldn't make it, but that they'd received too many orders and weren't going to make any "recipe orders" placed thru Teleflora. What extraordinary service! They deliver flowers to my mother on all the big holidays. They make her feel special because they remember her favorite colors!
Love this florist. I have been buying flowers for decades. Best place to purchase fresh flowers. Their roses are the longest lasting. They instruct how to care for flowers for longest lasting. Staff is consistent, knowledgeable, design skills are excellent. The shop also sells custom artificial tree/foliage and floral design. I have seen their work at a club (outdoor pool area). Really exceptional.
