Failure to diagnose After six visits for severe headaches, left arm and shoulder pain I wentto another doctor for a second opinion. -Dr. Bonilla said there was nothing physicaly wrong with me and gave me a referal for mental health. -my second opinion started with two referals for MRIs: the first showed damage to my cervical spine which requires surgery.
