Never again I will buy or lease a car from this place, not because the selling part it is because the maintenance side, They break your car and then want to charge you to fix it. We went last Saturday for tires rotation and they did and after that when we go home the sensor was on ( tires air sensor) and you know what the service guy told me, it was not there because if that happened when I got home that means was not them. I have purchased vehicles from other sites in this auto group and the service, especially at their Mazda location was great. This location, not so much. If I didn't prepurchase my oil changes, I would never go there again. They tried to charge me $4000 for a repair I paid $700 for elsewhere. If there is a recall on your vehicle, they don't bring it up to you. You have to be on top of it. I'm still waiting for a return phone call after almost a month that I placed about a recall. I was greeted immediately and sent in to speak with Patrick at the front desk. He put my mind at ease about my vehicle, kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure I got the services that were needed for my car. He was careful to make sure I got out of there on time to pick up my kid from school! The customer service from Patrick will ensure I return if needed in the future.
