I have been getting my oil changed with this dealership for a year now. I made an appointment for 8:45am because I had a busy day ahead of me. I arrived and waited for the service advisor until 9:20. She then informed me that the wait was an hour and a half and that it would be $140 for oil change/rotation and an additional 49.95 for the tire that was low in air, if it needed to be repaired. Tried to scam me by grossly overbilling hours on a service. Luckily I called several other dealer service centers within a 100 miles to get quotes. When I presented my findings they backpeddalled saying they quoted the service for a different drivetrain. Magically the price cut in half. They had my VIN and model/make in system in system when quoting. You don't accidentally quote hours for a service of another drivetrain configuration.
