Very warm welcome to an overpriced bungalow. I was never shown the actual unit to be leased. I was given keys to an out dated unit. Out dated appliances and old blown fuses leaving a horrible fishy odor. Very nice lay out but very old fixtures and features throughout.

Went on a tour and decided to not rent here due to the fact they use AI algorithmic pricing with no possibility for human negotiation. The rent price changes by the day and spiked over $300-$400/month between when I first looked at their units and when I finally went on the tour. The units and property look great, but I would not trust any business using this pricing algorithm. Lived here for 12 months and enjoyed it very much. The gym is very well equipped, the maintenance team is friendly and does a great job, the pool is amazing in the summer time, and special shoutout to Lexie the leading consultant. She does outstanding work and was always a friendly face to say hello to.
I’m blown away by how amazing every single team member is at this property. I’ve lived here for a year and everyone in the office is incredibly kind. On top of that- maintenance is so responsive. Today, I placed a work order about a storm grate that got clogged and the maintenance team had it completely fixed within the hour. This is the perfect place to call home!
