It would be messed up if I called Osha on these wanna be owners. Nobody knows what their doing. Apartments are falling apart and this apartment the ceiling been fell months ago and they left it like that after a water leak. Mildew and mold is growing all around the baseboards. The toilet is not bolted to floor but instead you can literally lift it off the floor.

It's... Omg!!! Where is HUD? Where is management??? Why re-renovate 40 yr old apartments that were already renovated? The walls are literally coming apart the ceiling in my apartment is falling after how many yrs ago they redid these VS WHAT WASNT BROKEN. All tenants have are NOLA CAMERAS. THIS APT COMPLEX WAS ONCE BEAUTIFUL PPL FRIENDLY. ALL YOU WILL IS WHAT THE DEFINITION OF A SLUM LORD AT ITS FINEST. SMH
