Car buying usually cannot be described as a pleasant experience, but that is exactly what it was. Our sales lady Kim was very easy to deal with and was straightforward & wasn't pushy. She answered our questions & found us a vehicle that fit our needs & our budget.

Rude and disrespectful workers there! Got hateful texts from Finance saying we did interviews wrong and that he will take my 2019 Jeep back and that we wouldn’t have a car. The guy we was dealing with in finance was rude and didn’t like we had my 4 year old with us. We told in the last interview that we put down my old 2012 Ford Focus and $1,000 check and we got yelled at saying that was the wrong thing to say and that the Jeep was getting taken away. We will never go to bonham Chrysler again!
