Very unprofessional dealership. We contacted the dealership on Tuesday and started the loan process to purchase a truck. Called to check the status and we're told the salesperson we were working with was gone for the day and was off the following day. We followed up Thursday and were told we were approved and to send in additional required documents, sent those in and were told the finance department was working everything up. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Juan Soto (sales) and Lance (finance). I have done so much research and this store has the lowest prices BY FAR and gave me a great deal on my trade-in. Juan did not pressure us or rush us, and he really listened to us. We recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Bonham Chrysler. We could not be more pleased with the service provided from this agency. We live in Oklahoma and planned to go there to see the car. They offered to bring it to us ( a 3 hour drive) They didn't know for sure that we would buy it.....but we did. Our agent was kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We love our new (to us) car and would highly recommend Bonham Chrysler.
