Great food, great atmosphere and great service. All around a great place to eat and wave watch
My husband and I were celebrating our first anniversary and started at Hugo's. The food was awful (and expensive) and the service was terrible at Hugo's so we basically walked across the street to Bongo Ben's and celebrated the rest of our night. Our waitress was busy but was so attentive and fun and the bartender was making some awesome drinks! Staff were happy/helpful! My waiter picked up that I was Gluten free and suggested alternates to my order❣️Great prices! Def on my reco list to fam/friends. Mahalo Bongo❣️
I went there twice this week for breakfast. The first day the breakfast was good. I had the huevos rancheros, my children had the French Toast, my husband had the basic bongo. The food was good and cheap for everything you get. The waitress was clearly overwhelmed. She forgot our drinks and shakes. The second day we went back because the food was so reasonable. I had the Bongo omelet and I would not recommend. It was NOT good. The potatoes were mushy and not cooked. My daughter got a side of fruit that had 2 small pieces on ... read more
My husband and I went for breakfast. The sun was out and the view is amazing if you can get seated in the front. The breakfast cocktails were reasonably priced, and the food was pretty good. Having said that, the service was terrible. We waited for over 20 minutes for anyone to bring us water and another 10 before a server greated us to order. It took another 45 minutes to get our food. We won't visit again.
Service was great. Pretty strong Mai Tai... Food was very good, large portions. Friendly staff. Great views.
Great Breakfast until 2pm. Most of the other local restaurants stop bfast at 11am. Good lattes as well if you are in need of a decent coffee
