Practice has been sold and is no longer Dr. Bongiovi. We had an appointment at noon and after waiting outside for someone we were finally able to reach someone who told us they are closed today and don’t have any appointments. After explaining we have been on the calendar for 6 months and we had the text message reminder they told us he had retired and they didn’t have anything on the schedule. Find another practice!

Loves this office but showed up for an appointment today and was informed that not only did we not have an appointment but that the practice was no longer Dr. Bongiovis and the staff had changed. Love how we were informed of all these changes.

Unfortunately, this was a disaster apt. Very unorganized from the start. We came here for years because we loved Dr. Bongiovi and his staff. This visit was very different. The front desk person came back and said she was the boss and was going to clean my daughter’s teeth. Didn’t know where the masks were or how to operate the tools ( so it appeared) My husband was at this apt otherwise I would have questioned her credentials to do her dental cleaning. I had challenging experience to reach to dental office; there are specific days when office opens in weekdays and this information not published anywhere just doctor office know this. Not any Followups call to schedule next appointments neither doctor office do Followup with referred orthodontist for results back to them; I had to manually contact him; went office twice it was closed in week days ; got very hard and not lost my time and effort was n this all plus missed next checkup schedule. Dr. Bongiovi, is amazing and I highly recommend! He takes care of all three of my kids, even in emergent situations. He saw my son on a Friday at 7 AM after he cracked his tooth overnight. He took my phone calls after hours and put my mind at ease.
