Getting oysters in a land locked state is always a challenge. I expect to pay a premium (over $50 a dozen!?). The product is what it is from the supplier. The retailer does however have control over the service. I’ve never had raw oysters served without ice. Considering I ordered them in the summer at an outdoor venue, it might be even more important to have the ice. They NEEDED the ice. The grilled oysters were equally mundane. No “crisp” on the cheese. What a great experience with this food truck/trailer. The ladies were so polite and the quality of the food was amazing. Lobster rolls, oysters and lobster tacos were so good. Only wish I could give more stars

Edit review: They invited us to try them again and their West Coast Oysters. 10/10 recommend!!! They were very appreciate and receptive of my feedback. My advice would be to message, email, or call to see why type of Oysters they are serving. If it’s the West Coast, definitely go! We also had their small truffle fries for $7 and was worth. We also got their fish and chips for $19, worth it! We will be back and super appreciative of their professional reply.
