server, Allison. And manager not helpful., Rick. Attacks a 6 year old child and family members. Server, Allison was going to throw ice cream on one family member. Very rude to other family members and was told to Never to come back. We won't. Restaurant needs shut down. Would be a pleasure to see them in court, with all the witnesses that saw everything that happened.

Business response:

Ann, Rick here, you've really missed the boat here as others in your party were quick to acknowledge last night. No one attacked a 6 year old child, no one was going to throw ice cream at anyone, there is no chance the same family who opened the restaurant in 1973 is going to shut it down, when asked to jump in and split your checks, we did so willingly and expedited your departure as best we could, which could be considered helpful, looks like the only thing we agree on is it's best we don't see each other again.

family of 8 wouldn't seat us together and 3 hour wait . Not family friendly

Business response:

Hi Suzie! As you were made aware, these aren't our rules! They are the state/county rules during this time. We have plenty of large tables that seat 8 people - but we are required to restrict the amount of people at a table to 6 or less. We certainly would have put your two tables close together, but we cannot seat you at one table in this point in time, no. Also, we are required to keep our occupancy to under 50% - one again, not our rules, but rules we must follow - obviously that increases the wait time. Not sure which ni... read more

The Bonfire took extra precautions to ensure everyone stayed safe and healthy. Plates were brought to your table rather than taking them from a community stack. And the staff stood at the buffet line and served you the food you wanted. Limited dessert menu but still worth the price.

Went for a second time this week. Very good. Don’t listen to the haters. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Sad to see the white paint over the “100”. One customer complained that the sign wasn’t changed because of Covid. Go and enjoy. All of the essentials are there. If you can’t afford the price to eat all you can of crab and prime rib, and plenty of other stuff, then stay home. The rest of us will enjoy!

Last night's dinner. Buffett served cafeteria style. Sooo good! Blew Phillips out of the water even with limited menu! Everyone was so nice and friendly! I didnt know exactly what a drink was and the bar tender made it personally for me! my 7 year old left a new puppy (stuffy) at the table (we didnt even know she brought in) our server ran out after us!! Worth every penny!

Got there prior to it opening and it had a line which was fine. Got inside and was asked if we had reservations, never had to before. No where did it say on their website or Facebook or even their sign out front say it. They took our name and sent us back outside with everyone else to wait. Then they started to call everyone in after 10 mins after opening to sit everyone. Then you have to follow everyone in a line around the buffet to get your food, which is half of what it used to be. When someone said about 150 feet of buf... read more

Business response:

Hi Charity, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. The whole world has changed in the last few months and we've had to overcome a lot of obstacles to get where we are and I'm very proud of the work we've done. Only being able to seat 50% of our restaurant has really complicated things and, hopefully, you can understand the desire to take care of reservations first. I expect you would want the same consideration if you had made a reservation. The need, and requirement in Maryland, to distance is why we ask ever... read more

I wish I would have read some of these recent reviews before dining here. They definitely did not have much of a selection, me and my fiance were not pleased at all. I expected alot more for 50 bucks per person.
