This place is a joke, they’re more concerned about making sure you wear a mask and less concerned about securing blood during a blood shortage. Also they can’t be reached by phone. Avoid like the plague
Used to donate during blood drives at work. Started donating at Parker location and have donated there few times now. I've always made appointments so haven't had to wait ever. My experiences have been great. Staff members are very helpful.
