Peter showed up nice and early for the annual AC inspection. Washed the AC unit after through inspection of the system. Polite and friendly.
Since becoming a homeowner, I’ve heard some not so great reviews of Bonfe, however, if you’re someone that cares about quality of service and products, availability and flexibility of the company you do business with as well as supporting local businesses, then Bonfe is the company you’d go with. Call taker was very professional and was able to get a technician out asap to handle basement water leak.
Bonfe replaced our AC unit last May, and today when we retuned from vacation we found our AC wouldn’t run after being off for a week. I called and they were extremely friendly and sent someone out within the hour to take a look. They found the issue, shared photos and walked me through what was going on. They replaced the part within the next two hours and our home is cool again. Very good customer service, prompt and efficient!
