Zach - good work. Zach A worked on my furnace boiler and did the work quickly and cleanly at a good price. He also answered my questions and demonstrated bleeding a radiator. Very good and helpful at a reasonable price.
Time and Money I recently needed to replace my water heater and thought of Bonfe's because I've used Bonfe Auto. When I looked at the reviews here and at Angie's list, I had some questions about how things would turn out. After the experience, I realized that this is the company for me. Bonfes Plg and Htg I had my wife call for a plumbing problem we were having at our home and Bonfes technician came, did some work and charged my wife 3-4 time what any other plumbing company would charge. I though we just got taken by some scammer. I called the office and spoke with someone named Peter. He agreed with me that we were severely overcharged and immediately gave me back almost $700, more than 2/3 of what their tech charged. I'm really glad I called, so atleast I got my money back. Knowledgeable and Great Service I would like to specifically mention that your technician, Trevor, was outstanding. He did a very thorough job in cleaning my air conditioner, labeled my gas lines, and provided me with valuable information on my filter. You should be proud to have such a skilled, talented and pleasant technician in your employment. We have had Bonfe's do work for us in the past for heating, plumbing, and electrical and have been thoroughly impressed with everything.
