Bonfe has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I recommend you never sign up for their monthly maintenance membership. I pay monthly for this service for them to come out once a year to check the air conditioner and furnace for free. They were to come out July 12th and their window of service is ridiculous. You have to wait all day for when they call that they are coming. I gave them from 7am to 1 pm and called to see if still coming. The rep said yes they are , no show at 5 pm. Bonfe is way too over priced. Their arrival slot is ridiculous, 7am to 7pm. Also, don’t get their membership plan. They will schedule you for service and then cancel after you’ve waited all day for them and they’ll say that the next available slot is in 2 months. Don’t waste your money. Instead use a local HVAC company that doesn’t upsell and flake out.
