Worst customer service. Got a coupon for drain cleaning with camera inspection, was not told it was two appointments over two days. Confirm with technician who did cleaning on day one, that next day camera inspection was this morning, also confirm via text to them that I was on the schedule the night before. Day two no one called, no one came. Told they had to reschedule cause the current job was gonna taking all day at 11:30. So he was gonna do a camera inspection on a home from 11:30 to 5pm. Beware. A technician came out to do a routine service check on our furnace, as they have done the last 4 years. Following this check-in the furnace stopped working. We called the company and 2 technicians came out to tell us the furnace has been "bad" for at least 3 years and the technicians from Bonfe "should had noticed". Our furnace was fine until they were here. We've had annual check-ups to prove this. Do not use this service.

Don’t call or use Bonfe’. As a business owner/ service provider, I consider myself to be fair and to even provide the benefit of the doubt where warranted; however, Bonfe’ let me down in ways that were surprising and hard to believe. My experience with this service combines the lack of preparedness (parts) and an attempt at severe over- pricing. They claim to be plumbers; however, they come to your location without the necessary parts and then attempt to charge you for a run to your local hardware store while on the clock.... read more

We had an issue with our toilet leaking. Had Bonfe come over to look at the toilet. The total cost to replace the wax ring was $616.00. I asked why does a was ring replacement cost so much. They service person told me this is their cost model. I shook my head in disbelief. I had to head out of town right away but need the toilet fixed for my wife. One of the worst pricing for customers I have ever seen. Do not choose Bonfe based on their pricing model. They are way to expensive for the benefit. You are better off with other ... read more

They ripped me off. Charged $289 to reset a tripped GFCI outlet, Yes, $289 to push a button. Please don't use Bonfe.

I called Bonfe to schedule service for an Amana PTAC, since they are listed on the Amana website. I got their answering service. They took down my information and said they would give it to a scheduler who would be calling me back. Four days went by and no one called back. So I called Bonfe again. This time I got a scheduler who setup the appointment on a Thursday with an arrival window between 10:00 am and noon. They said someone would call 30 minutes before they arrived.
