Courteous and friendly wait staff, the owner came around to check on clients and converse and seemed genuinely interested in feedback of which we only had positive. I am a big BBQ fan and do a lot of smoking myself and we try some of the local BBQ where ever we go (from NC). That being said, smoked pork is smoked pork but the sides make the meal. I heard how good the pototoe salad was and agree, about the best I have tasted. The baked beans were awesome too!

HOLY COW! How do you even make food taste like this! As a singer, I travel all across the country eating food from many different restaurants. This is the best BBQ! I'm seriously telling all my musician friends to come eat here!
I will drive from Huntsville to Guntersville for their ribs and any other meat they cook. They need to open up a restaurant here in Huntsville!
