Horrible customer service I called to see how much they charged to have my 8 lb chihuahua terrier mix groomed. The woman who answered the Phone sounded very unfriendly. She asked me to hold because she was with a customer. I said sure, she did not even put me on hold while she continued her conversation with the customer about how much yards of fabric cost and how it took her 45 minutes to get through town because of the train. Service My puppy Sam was a neglected 4month old puppy. The people who owned her did not take care of her she is a long hair mix. When I received her I was not sure where to take her to be groomed. I decided to take her to bone jour in barring ton. It was the best choice I made. When I walked in they helped me on what would be best for Sam. She was so matted that they had to shave her and treat her dry skin. When I came to pick her up she looked beautiful. My puppy is very happy now no scratching or pulling on her hair. Great Place. Clean. Professional. Great place. Clean. Professional. I brought in my 5 year old Golden Retriever for a trim. She looked great. All the hair knots were brushed out. My dog was ready on time.

BEWARE My long hair chihuahua was totally butchered! Blunt, uneven chops on random parts of her body. A simple: do NOT cut her tail was totally ignored. Also, no request for shot records! My daughter picked up the dog and I did not see her until that evening. When I went in to discuss what happened I was met by an unrestrained dog as tall as the counter with free access to the grooming area.
